Clever Concepts Make For Great Shirt Graphics

Bang-On T Shirts is a relatively small custom shirt graphics, apparel, and accessories chain. In the past Bang-On has focused its design talents on creating vintage style graphics and apparel. In working with the design team at Bang-On, I have encouraged a move towards more current design trends and a 'streetwear' approach to their apparel. I have been involved with various transfer series including 'Bang-On Has Issues', a collection of political and social commentary graphics; 'Attack of the Killer Kid Tees', a whimsical series of kid and baby graphics that takes an ironic look at the lives of young children; and 'Word Up'. An assortment of giant-lettered slogans that focus on typographic style and a bold visual presence.
In addition to T-shirt graphics, my work has included conceptualizing and designing Bang-On's 2007 and 2008 catalogues, promotional print work including a gift card and trade show banners, as well as promotional websites informing clients of each new series.
